HowTo delete Log Database partitions from the SQL Server Express?

Hello. How can I delete the Log database partitions on my MS Sql Express? I have successfully delete them from Websense Manager, but they still are in Sql Express (in dbo.wse_partitions table and physically in the SQL database directory) . Thank you....
