We have this happen alot. A user logins and they can't surf the web as it thinks that user is associated to an ID that is blocked from all surfing. Is there an easy fix for this?...

Hi, We received 122 instances of Phishing spam with the subject "information of your transactions" yesterday. 86 of those were blocked by DFP and high level heuristics. 35 got through that were not on a whitelist. Why does this occur?...

Error: The time/date parameters are not valid. This job might never occur. I began receiving this error about 4 or 5 months ago when i upgraded to version 7.0.1 of the filtering software. All of the scheduled reports i had created suddenly disappeared...
