DSS PreciseID Document Fingerprint Detection RateThreshold 50% and above

In DSS, using the PreciseID Document/Directory Fingerprint, is there a way for the policy only to flag an incident when the detection rate is at or above 50%? I checked the DSS Policy Configuration guide, v7.1 and did not see how to do this. Thanks, David...
