On-Premises Appliance Combined with In-Cloud Security

Computerworld recently posted an excellent article on Websense® TRITON ™.  They bring attention to the importance of the combination of both an on-premises appliance with secure content filtering in the cloud.  The release of TRITON, which serves as a package for web, email and data security both through appliance and in-cloud categorization, is a revolutionary breakthrough to organizations who often operate with a large percentage of remote workers.

In addition, Computerworld points out how specialized Websense software can be used on work computers to direct traffic through the Websense secure cloud service – even if the gateway shuts down, security remains in the cloud.
