Websense to Release Q1'11 Financial Results on April 26, 2011

We confirmed plans to release earnings on April 26, 2011 after the market close. Management will host a conference call and simultaneous webcast to discuss the results at 2 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time.

To participate in the conference call, investors should dial 866-757-5630 (domestic) or 707-287-9356 (international) 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the call. A simultaneous audio-only webcast of the call may be accessed by clicking here.

For investors unable to participate in the live event, an archive of the webcast will be available on the company's website through June 30, 2011 and a taped replay of the call will be available for one week at 800-642-1687 or 706-645-9291, pass code 55941076.
