Today, SC Magazine published a review on TRITON™Security Gateway Anywhere, the first unified tool for Web, email and data security. Dave Mitchell, the reviewer, details his team’s tests on the V10000 appliance that can handle up to 2,500 users and runs all of the TSGA components on a single platform.

Mitchell highlights TSGA because Websense’s web page analysis can allow access to sites while simultaneously blocking users from malicious content. This feature is essential for businesses today, since social networking is an extremely important business tool and yet most UTM solutions only simply block or allow access to social media sites.

TSGA is praised for its simple administration and intuitive web interface. Configuring data security is described as swift, due to quick setup options for data loss prevention policies for email and web. Mitchell highlights the way in which TSGA handles regulatory compliance, since administrators can select which ones they want to apply and choose the country of operation.

“We were impressed with the level of features on offer, as TSGA appears to have every security angle covered. Websense scores highly for value, and management is neatly centralized.” – Dave Mitchell, SC Magazine UK

Websense TRITON Security Gateway Anywhere received full marks in its review: 5 out of 5 stars in the categories of Features, Ease of Use, Performance, Documentation, Support and Value for Money.
