We are running the most recent version of Surfcontrol.   (7.1.0)

 

We are also still on SQL server 2000.   Is there a document that can explain the issues associated with upgrading our SQL Server 2000 to SQL 2005.   Are there any changes or scripts we need to run for E-Mail Security to run properly?

Generally, you should stop all the WES services and detach all the STEM DBs before upgrading your SQL Server, and then attach those DBs and update ODBC connection, and at last, restart all the WES services.
