Upgrading from version 6.3.1 to 7.1.0

Hi All,  I have a single websense server running 6.3.1 Websense Enterprise. I would like to upgrade it to the newest version 7.1.0. 

Do I need to upgrade to version 7.0.1 first then to 7.1.0?

Can you give me detailed instructions in setting up this upgrade?

You can directly upgrade to v7.1.0 from v6.3.1.
