Request for Uninstaller tool or Remote Filtering Client removal tool

Hi,

When we install the Remote Filtering Client, sometimes it wont install properly. In this case we need to uninstall the same, but unable to uninstall due to various reasons. Hence we request you to provide a Uninstaller software for Remote Filtering Client. May be you can provide the tool where we can give passphrase and use this tool to remove the RF Client.

We are going to ask one more help, do you have Uninstaller or removal tool to Uninstall the Websense Data Endpoint Agent? Please share the same if you have.

Good morning phylliszh,

When you have some time if you could post the location for this file download again since the above link seems to be no longer valid. We are in the begining phases of implementing the Websense Gateway with the Hybrid client and have already expierenced a bad upgrade issue. One of our end users seems to of had the client attempt an upgrade and then crashed int he process. He machine still shows that the client is installed but when connecting to the hyrbid does not recognize the installation. When attempting to manually uninstall they receive an error.
