Our Germany and Hungarian users are dealing with Hungarian customers and suppliers. Some of them are blocked as spam, while they are regular emails.

I advised the users to add them to their always allowed list, but still they are being blocked.

What can I do to solve this issue?

We are using WES 7.3.0.01181 and PEM 7.3

Thanks.

Old post (sorry to drag it up), but I'm having the same issues with our websense install with PEM and always permit lists. We're running ESG 7.7 and see the same issue where some emails, even though they are in a PEM always allow get picked up as spam. Any solution?

If you are using ESG 7.7 there is a known issue with the Allows Allow and Block lists, there is a hotfix for such:

Also make sure that the senders that are in an always allow or block list that their IPs are not in the Trusted IP group.
