Recently i configured a notification in policy management, that the blocked email senders will receive.
How can i notify them that their email is reviewed and released from spam queue?

Are you sure you want to to notify the sender at all? If it's a forged From: address you're just spamming the real owner of the email address when you send out your "you were blocked' notice.

Hi, I think you can configure a notification for outbound spam.
If the internal user send a spam the notification can be send to Administrator or the original emal sender , to alert them for this issue. Maybe a FP or the internal user's password has been disclosed.

I have configured a policy and an action to notify the users that their email is blocked, so the system already sends notification. The thing i want is the notification that email is released from spam and sent to the recipient.
For example - the message gets in spam, user receives the notification. I review the message, and release it, if it is legitimate. But the user don't know about that, and they think that the email is still on hold. Then they starts to ring all phones around here, asks why email is still on hold, blablabla :). Too much time is lost on that conversations. I need to notify them that the problem is not present anymore, and their messages is already on the way to recipients.
Should i create a feature request for this?
I have created a feature request for this.
We had to do the same thing. We would like the ability in DLP. We have the ability in DLP to notify users that their email was quarantined for a policy violation but no automatic way to notify them when we release the email. :(
