Hello,

Since I installed the Websense Citrix Integration Service, I have a lot more IP address seen by Triton and I get the following error message :

Websense software is set to monitor more clients than your subscription allows. The current subscription limit is 300 clients.

The first thing I don't understand is that I have a licence for 150 users and the error message talk about 300 users max ??

I would also like to know where can I find the maximum number of IP address seen by Triton for 24 hours in order to buy the right number of licences ?

Thanks.

Alex.

The 300 is from the fact you are a Web Security Gateway Anywhere customer, and that you have Hybrid clients.   In that case, we double your client user base because of the nature of how the laptop users going in and out of your environment would play havoc on your subscription count otherwise.

You can use the consoleclient utility to look at the subscription count.  There are kb's on how to do this.  Simply search for Subscription count in the kb search on the Support pages.
