Lately we have been getting some errors regarding the Password Override option in Websense 6.3.1. Some of the clients will not be able to see the Password Override option in the blocked pages. Can it be rectified by restarting the service DC agent? Is this the correct way to troubleshoot the issue?
Please share your thought on this.
Depends on why they're not seeing it. Is it because they're not being properly identified by Websense? If so you'd need to work backwards to find out why. If not, then you're going down a different path entirely.
Have you configured the override option for the all clients ?
