Upgrade from Web Security 7.6.2 to 7.6.5: RTM Client Service doesn't start

Hello.

I've upgraded Websense Web Security from 7.6.2 to the new 7.6.5.

At the end of the upgrade I receive this error:

"The following components have failed to install correctly:

Real-Time Monitor: HTTP Transport Error:

javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException:

java.security.cert.CertificateException: No subject alternative name matching IP address 192.168.0.2 found

Usage Monitor: HTTP Transport Error:

javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException:

java.security.cert.CertificateException: No subject alternative name matching IP address 192.168.0.2 found

......................."

I click Finish and all the services start except "Websense TRITON - Web Security" and "Websense RTM Client".

I solved the problem of the first service to insert the SSL port in the file httpd-ssl.conf.

But I can't start the service "Websense RTM Client".

I don't know how I can start to solve this problem.

Now I stop "Websense TRITON - Web Security" and I'm able to start "Websense RTM Client".

But now it's impossible to start "Websense TRITON - Web Security.

So I think the problem is "Websense TRITON - Web Security: how can solve?

I think there could be a conflict between two Apache (Websense TRITON Web Server and Websense Web Reporting Tools) and two Tomcat (Websense TRITON Web Security and Websense RTM Client): how can I solve it?

As I say in many other threads -- for major issues like this I hope you opened a ticket with Support already.

That aside, have you tried uninstalling RTM and reinstalling it fresh?

I solved with the reinstallation of the "Websense TRITON-Web Security" service.

I didn't open a ticket with Websense Support, because I have a problem with the link in MyWebsense website.
