I have a central Websense server, and two satellite locations.  the two locations have different circuit sizes.  I want to utilize bandwidth optimization on one of them, but it affects both.  Any recommendations on how I could configure Optimizer to specify by site location?

I hate to say it, but I would recommend against using Bandwidth Optimizer.  In my experience its accuracy is incredibly spotty and questionable and I would never rely on it to actually manage bandwidth at a company.  I can't even rely on it purely for monitoring purposes -- by mid morning every day Websense claims just a few computers have already consumed terabytes of bandwidth which isn't mathematically possible so I just mostly ignore it.  Mind you this is with a v10k appliance, so the source of the bandwidth data is Websense's own Content Gateway...

If you're concerned about bandwidth issues you're much better off implementing QoS on your network.  It's tried and true and it'll do a lot more for you than Bandwidth Optimizer can.
