Hi all,

I’ll try to explain this as best as I can.

In our company we have a couple of websites blocked and the policy is applied for all the branches without problem. Among those websites is of course Facebook. At HQ level, everything is only monitored, but not blocked.

Now, the management has decided to also block the Facebook at HQ and Facebook only.

My problem is how to block only the Facebook, and let all other sites untouched?

To create the policy for our branches, I’ve added all the websites to be blocked in User-Defined section and I’ve blocked this category and everything is OK.

Now, my problem is how to create a new filter only for our HQ and let everything to pass, except Facebook?

Best regards,

You'll need to create a new custom category just for Facebook.  Put all the Facebook URLs in there and remove them from your existing custom category.  Then, on your "Branch" policy you block USer-Defined and Facebook category, and in the HQ Policy you just block the Facebook category.
