Need %Recipient% or %Destination% option in email notifications

Using v7.6.3 and ESGs.

We quarantine all inbound emails with encrypted attachments and generate a notification to the admins that an email got snagged. We would like to also send the notification to the intended internal recipient so they would be alerted if they are expecting the email and no admin was available.

We have been asking for this request for similar reasons since last November. :)

Outbound notifications are more robust then inbound notfications for some reason.
