Business email is being isolated by Anti-Spam Agent

Hi,

Incoming legitimate email is being caught by the Anti-Spam Agent.  I think its because of the large volume we receive every day, from the same address with the same subject.

How do I go about preventing this from happening?  I've added the domain to the whitelist, but would prefer not to do that.
