Event ID's cannot be found, EIM Server

Hi All

In the Windows Event Logs whenever WS71 logs an event the actual event description is prefixed with this text.  

"The description for Event ID XXXX from source Websense EIM Server cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer."

This txt is only in events that come from the Websense EIM Server as the source.   The other WS Service sources like Websense LogServer, Websense User Service work fine.  

Any tips on how to get these descriptions registered properly?

 If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

 0x1468000: Websense Master Database version 03526 dated 2010-3-19 is up to date.
