Hello,

we have the following situation with Surfcontrol 5.5 SP3 and the latest fixes, installed on ISA-Server.

All works fine, Webfilter and Scheduler is working, but in Surfcontrol Real-Time Monitor all pages are “Uncategorized”.

Only in the event log I found two entries

Please check the following items:

1. Make sure the Auto categorization is enabled in the SWF service settings, Categorization tab.

2. Check if the license has expired.

3. Make sure if the file "CSPConfig.ini" is under WINDOWS folder.

Please download the Surfcontrol webfilter 5.5 Internet Threat Database CDB and CSF file from the following link and replace the old one: (it will be valid for 7days from now)
http://fileshare.surfcontrol.com/default.asp?t=338552372521&p=catdb

Once you finish downloading the file, please stop the Surfcontrol Web Filter service, browse to the Web filter directory and rename the existing Surfcontrol categories.cdb and Surfcontrol categories.csf files to .old, copy in the new files you downloaded, then restart the SWF service. You may also run an Internet Threat Database update manually through the Scheduler as well. Good Luck!
