We recently upgraded to version 7.1 of Websense Web Filter.
Since then we have noticed that internet requests are timing out randomly and displaying page cannot be displayed. It doesnt happen all the time and its with different pages. After hitting refresh a few times the page then loads.
We have three internet links and this is happening on all three of them.
I checked the event logs and we are getting warning and error messages saing
0x1488000 An error occured while binding to the directory server ldap_simple_bind:invalid credentials
0x1568000 logserver failed 100 times while obtaining user full names from the user service
What we did do earlier in the week was move the websense user account from the Users folder in AD into a different OU but then moved it back when we had problems.
Could this be causing the timeout issues?

Is Websense in Standalone mode or Integration mode?
