Hi,
We installed Websense email security 7.x by using the domain administrator login account.Using NT authentication.Everything working fine for last one year.Now we have to use a different account for taking RDP session instead of domain admin account.We managed to take the RDP session.But not able to open the websense console.Is it because we did not change the service account to new login account?Or do we need to give login credentials to database by using sql studio.DB is SQL express.
Pls help me.
