Hi there,

You can check if the network connection between ISA and Web filter is ok.

Please check if there is a firewall or other device between ISA and Web filter.

Hi Taylor,

The connection between ISA and Web filter is ok.

Practically web filter works but sometimes this alert appears and I must restart services.

Here I found that the problem is fixed with Service Pack 3

http://downloads.surfcontrol.com/business/web/swf_5.5/sp3/Readme.html

but it's not working in my site.

Hi Bopego,

Is the Web filter working fine when you saw the message ?

Hi,

I was out of office and couldn't check your post

When the message appears SC WebFilter doesn't work and I have to restart it.

There is a period when it is working stable but it is not possible for me to understand the reason for this crash. It is independent from the load of ISA Server.
