hi all, I´m trying to unistall the remote filter client in a laptop where was installed this client many time ago!!, the problem is that I have the steps in order to unisntall it manually:
c:\program files\Websense\WDC wdc.exe -ds passphrase
but I dont have the correct passphrase!!!! and I don´t want to reinstall OS in the laptop because I have some programs and info very important, then not is possible to reinstall OS.
can you help me please!!!

The Pass Phrase to install the Remote Filtering Client on user machines ( Example: PASSPHRASE=2gbatfm) If it is lost or forgotten, Websense software cannot be used to retrieve it.
Please raise a support case, there are other procedures you can follow to uninstall Remote Client.
