Hi,

I currently am using WES 7.2 and I run four WES filters with a SQL2005 backend server. I was wondering if Report Central will work with this setup and how do I tell if I have a subscription for this program?

Customized Reports

Hey,

I am new to new to Report Central (2.7) and was wondering if i can create custom reports. Two examples of the things i am trying to acomplish are below.

User (internal email) report that lists top 'N' rules he/she had email stripped by.

Top 20 rules that stripped email and top 'N' users (internal email) form that rule.

Does anyone know if thats possible? Any help/guidance would be great.

Where does the Websense Server get the Date Time stamp for User Activity Detail?

We have a time stamp issue.

Can we correct the database?

Report Central - No Rows return from database query

Hello and thanks for advance in reading this.

From report central (2.5.1.90) I have a scheduled report running "Inbound Message by Type" which e-mails report to manager monthly. Last month he received a blank report:

Database: 127.0.0.1.SurfControl_SRC

There were no rows returned from the database query

On checking I find that all reports are blank including the dahsboard ones. Help !!!

Not sure what's happening or even where to start. I've tried restarting services and rebooting but all to no avail. Could the database have corrupted?

On the subject, do schedule database tasks on e-mail filter program affect report central as I notice there is a database cleanup task in there?

Using Surf Control RC if subscription is expired

Can you still use Report Central if your subscription is expired? I have data available, but nothing comes up in RC. Just wondering. We are working on possibly getting this renewed but in the meantime I'd we'd like to pull one more report...thanks,
