Does anyone have any ideas on how to block the google talk client?  I've tried blocking access to,, etc.  Also port 5222 (but can't block 443 for obvious reasons).  I've also tried various ip's, but then gets blocked.

Their solution (here:  doesn't work!

It seems that no matter what I've tried, the client still manages to get out.   Any ideas?
