We are seeing requests for this feature from the medical administration community where it is common for workstations to use DHCP given addresses but they are requesting that these same machines use Manual authentication for users when they open the browsers (a generic logon is used initially coming in to Windows).
If there is a way to do this today I'd love to know, otherwise this is going to become a necessity for Websense shortly I think.
