What happens if the cloud security gateway becomes unavailable or is down. Does the endpoint still allow internet access and is it un-filtered at that point?

Hi,

The likelyhood of the cluster going down is low, as there are multiple proxies behind the IP that the client connects to. If the cluster goes down, once the Hosted Operations team is aware, the client will moved to another cluster, through adjustments in what IP is resolved for webdefence.global.blackspider.com (which is inserted into the browser when endpoint is installed).
