    I second this vote and would also like an additional one to be put up for consideration. Can you create additional categories to split out things like akamai that provide content to the actual site? And I have another one - online tracking content such as google analytics. Can this be split out as well into a sub category? Otherwise I would like to know what others do with this information as it sits now. Is it not logged? Do many people omit Information technology from investigative reports? I am

  • Account Override Timer Settings

    We use a lot of Account Override functionality in our environment. Lots of users sharing a workstation is one primary focus and other workstations that should never lock etc is another. In any case the timer when they are prompted to get to the Internet is set at 10 minutes predominantly , 30 minutes and 4 hours in some unique cases. We are running into issues where a user on the 10 minute session automatically gets kicked and required to sign on again regardless of activity or what is going on.

    I am in a similar environment with lots of kiosks/Generic users.I use NTLM and run v7.6.x, in addition, I run a hybrid environment with WCCP and PAC file in use. Based on user identification, you can do this and I feel it is the best option. There are no ignore files to configure or anything else. Just give all of the generic users the same policy for the behavior you want. So in our case these generics have what I will call a Business Related Policy which will let the get to a minor subset of sites

    So I am curious if you found a way to address these, as I too have been blocking and still trying to allow docs.google.com but not the phishing spreadsheets and such that come in to my company. Right now, I am looking into this and it seems like it is even more complicated as content will show as being from gg.google.com or even feeding content from other google domains such as gstatic etc. Thank you Ryan

    Is the DB shrink fix going to come out in 7.6.5? I am curious as we identified this as a problem in our setting as well.

    Hi, Just saw this posting and I am also wondering if this feature is or will be available? Is there even a log to load into a log management system? I know some websense products are already supported by arcsight but not sure if the appliance based solution is. Thank you Ryan
