  • Re: Phishing Messages Slipping Through

Hello, thanks for the response. I had been planning to update the thread. For anyone else's reference, the problem turned out to be that at some point in the past *@adp.com was added to the whitelist and I hadn't thought to look there. Katie

  • Phishing Messages Slipping Through

In the last two weeks we're getting an increase in phishing attempts slipping through, particularly for ADP. I've opened a ticket, but wanted to ask if others have successfully dealt with this and what configuration changes helped you do that. We have an RBL set (currently sbl.spamhaus.org) We have reverse DNS Lookup options currently off - when we had it on we saw legit e-mails being blocked. Reputation services is enabled and set to aggressive. SMTP Greeting Delay on at 3 seconds. Thank

  • Re: PEM - some users unable to log in

We had that happen with a few users who have been with the company a long time. Their accounts had been set up in AD with logon restrictions to which machines their account was allowed to log in to. They were not able to log in to PEM. Once we switched them to not having those restrictions or adding the Triton server to the list they were able to log in to the site. Good luck, Katie

  • Re: Ability to turn off/disable email notifications when using PEM

I would like users to be able to choose whether to receive the message or not as well. Some of them really want to see it, some don't. But, with the e-mail notification and all the message linse we got a lot of complaints about why they were asked about obvious spam. They are used to a system that would only alert them to messages with less certainty that they are spam. That way obvious enhancement messages, or drugs, or which fraud of the week is popular with spammers wouln't have to be

  • Re: Allow scheduled FTP snapshots from the V10K G2 appliances

I would appreciate a feature like this as well. There are a lot of components to back up with our v10 configuration. Being able to schedule the backups on a routine basis on the appliance and management server would be helpful. Having a guide or checklist to ensure you're capturing everything would need to recover would also be appreciated.
